A Clinician was Modified in the Appointment Book, but their Old Appointments are Missing
If a clinician was deleted from the ICANotes Appointment Book, or if their entry was modified in any way, you may find that previously-entered appointments are missing for them.
This is because appointments are tied to that specific "clinician" entry, and when the entry is modified (or removed), appointments may be lost.
If you need to recover any appointments that were lost in this manner, you will need to recreate the original clinician entry.
1. From the Chart Room, click on the
button (Classic) or
button (New) to go to the Calendar.
2. On the Calendar, click the
button.
3. Click the
button.
4. Click the
button.
5. Recreate the entry EXACTLY as it had been. If you have exactly recreated the entry, the appointments will again appear under their calendar.
