We are a hybrid environment so we have point of contacts for our on premises and cloud environments with multiple different contact options (phone/email/website).

Yes phone & email of point of contacts and general support depending on the situation.

o For any new cloud hosting services in fiscal 2021, what due diligence was performed when the host was selected?
