Patient Copays Received/Owed

The Patient Copays Received/Owed report allows for searching by date range, location, and provider to find copays received, owed, or received and owed. Results can be sorted by Date+Patient, or Patient+Date. Further filtering by appointment status - scheduled, confirmed, no show, arrived, checked out, attended, rescheduled, cancelled, available and block out - can be achieved.

Patients with No Future Appointments

The Patients with No Future Appointments report will search patient records to locate those who are not currently scheduled for any appointments as of the current day or in any future dates. The report is considering its search based on whether the patient has had any previously scheduled appointments. In other words, a brand new patient who has never been scheduled for any type of appointment, would not be included in the found set of this report, as the patient has yet to establish an appointment.
