Checking for FAILED DELIVERY Claims

If the Claim has not made it to the Clearinghouse, you can check the Claim Status by viewing the Claim History. In this guide, we are showing you 2 easy ways to do this.

OPTION A:

1. Go to the 'Billing/Productivity Report'

2. To view the 'Claim Delivery Status' after you've submitted your Claims, please click Screenshot for Checking for FAILED DELIVERY Claims.

3. When the Log opens, select the batch you will like to see by clicking Screenshot for Checking for FAILED DELIVERY Claims.

After clicking Screenshot for Checking for FAILED DELIVERY Claims you will be directed to the 'Billing Report'.

4. Uncheck the 'Hide Claim History' box to see the 'Claim Delivery Status'

If you see 'Failed Delivery' in red, please re-prep and re-submit your claims and check the 'Status' again.


OPTION B:

1. Go to the 'Billing/Productivity Report'

 


2.  Select your 'From' and 'To' dates (Date range)

 

3. Clear your Filters and when done, ensure it says 'ALL'.

 

4. Click  and select ONLY the 'Prepared / Saved to File' option.

 

5. Once you've made the necessary changes for each section, click 

 

 

You will be directed to the 'Billing Report'.


6. Uncheck the 'Hide Claim History' box to see the 'Claim Delivery Status'

 


If you see 'Failed Delivery' in red, please re-prep and re-submit your claims and check the 'Status' again.
