Convert DSM to ICD10 button

1.  In the Work Area, click on 'Enter' to change or add a diagnosis.

2.  Click the 'Convert DSM to ICD10' button. 

3.  If any of the DSM codes are not converted, an action required popup will populate. 

4.  Click within the field of the DSM code to edit. 

5.  After the new code is entered, click outside the box to update the code.

6.  If the code is accepted, it will populate.  If not, a diagnosis error code will popup.  Click Yes to add a custom code.

7.  The code should autopopulate from what you entered in the screen previous.  Descriptive text is optional.  Click 'OK' once finished.

8.  After all the codes have been converted, click done.

9.  After 'Save as a Progress Note' button has been clicked, the Chart Face diagnoses will be updated.
