Group Rule: Automatically eSign All Compiled/Modified Notes

We have added a new group rule, "Automatically eSign All Compiled/Modified Notes." When enabled, any change that would normally trigger the generation of a PDF will additionally electronically sign the note. Examples are compiling a note or changing the date/site/etc from the finished note screen.

In order to enable this group rule, a Security Administrator must reach out to ticket@icanotes.com, or contact our 24/7 Support Team at 443-569-8778, option 3.

 

 

When compiling a new note or modifying an existing note, the note will be automatically signed:

 

Click Save as a Progress Note:

 

 

You will be taken to the compiled note screen as you normally would.

After a moment, if an electronic signature certificate has been issued, the note will automatically be electronically signed:

 

 

 

If you have not been issued an electronic signature, you will see this message:
