Group Rule: Restrict Social Worker Note View
Restrict Social Worker Note View
We added a group rule "Restrict Social Worker Note View". When enabled a user with discipline of Social Worker will see a filtered list of notes on the Chart Face including only the following:
- Case/Social Worker Progress Note
- Treatment Plan
- Custom Form
- Discharge Summary (ONLY IF the group rule "D/S Open to All Users" is enabled)
If you would like to have this group rule enabled for your group, a security administrator should email ticket@icanotes.com.
This screenshot shows that a social worker can see that the patient has four discharge summaries but cannot see the discharge summaries.
