Gmail
 

  1. An alias can be created for Gmail simply by using your existing username, the sign '+', and any additional text or numbers. username+alias@gmail.com
  2. Emails sent using this format will be delivered directly to your Gmail account. For example, messages sent to jane.doe+notes@gmail.com are delivered to jane.doe@gmail.com.
 
 
 
Yahoo
 

Yahoo allows its users to create secondary email address that share an inbox. Create secondary address for Yahoo by following the steps below:
  1. Log into your Yahoo account and go to  in the top right corner.
  2. Click the  icon in the top right and click the  button. 
  3. Click Mailboxes. 
  4. Click the  button below Disposable email address. 
  5. Create a permanent nickname and click the  button. 
  6. Click the  button. 
  7. Create a keyword, display name (optional) and description (optional), and click the  button.
 
 

Outlook
 

Outlook allows its users to create up to ten email aliases that share one inbox. Create an Outlook alias by following the steps below:
  1. Sign in to the Microsoft account website.
  2. Select Your info.
  3. Select Manage your sign-in email or phone number.
  4. Select Add email.
  5. Follow the on screen instructions to set up and verify your new alias.
    1. If you choose Add email, you have the option to use an email address that you already have or you can create a new Outlook.com email address. 
 
 
 
 
iCloud
 

iCloud allows its users to create up to three unique email aliases that share an inbox. Create an iCloud alias by following the steps below:
  1. Sign in to iCloud Mail.
  2. Click the Action icon  in the sidebar on the bottom left, then choose Preferences. 
  3. Click Accounts. 
  4. Click Add an alias.
  5. Provide the requested information:
    1. Alias: The text you provide becomes the email address (alias@icloud.com). An alias must contain between 3 and 20 characters.
    2. Full Name: The name you provide appears in the From field of the recipient's email.
    3. Label: iCloud Mail uses the label to categorize messages sent to your account. 
    4. Label Color: Messages appear in your Inbox with the colored label that you specify.

Windows Live Hotmail
 
Similar to Gmail, Windows Live Hotmail allows you to easily create an email alias without any additional setup.
  1. An alias can be created for Hotmail simply by using your existing username, the sign '+', and any additional text or numbers. username+alias@hotmail.com
  2. Emails sent using this format will be delivered directly to your Hotmail account. For example, messages sent to jane.doe+notes@hotmail.com are delivered to jane.doe@hotmail.com.
