ICANotes Updates for May 2024

Practice Management Updates

User Settings:
Switching from full-time to part-time process has been updated. When a Security Administrator switches a Part-time user to Full-time, the part-time checkbox will no longer be visible in our system. This will also be effective for the Intern/Resident checkbox.

Adding Users:
Username rules are stipulated now in the "Add a User" screen. When a Security Admin is creating a username and this does not meet the requirements, the system will not save the username.

New Finished Note Layout:
Updating to a new finished note layout featuring a refreshed design while maintaining consistent functionality across all notes, including forms and assessments.

Collecting Nexio Payments using a Credit Card Terminal:
ICANotes customers using Nexio will now have the ability to collect payments using a Credit Card terminal. For more information on how to Pair a terminal to ICANotes and collect payments using a terminal please reference the knowledge base article.

The Chem. Dependency Assessment has been revamped. Now, the Recommendation area has a fresh new look, positioned on the left-hand side
