ICANotes Updates for October 2024

Group Therapy Notes 'Select All Absent' feature:
We've enhanced the group therapy notes feature with a new 'Select All' option for attendance. This allows you to quickly select all participants with a single click, and also provides the option to deselect all, improving efficiency and reducing manual work.

Patient Portal Registration:
Newly invited patients, portal owners, or authorized users of the Patient Portal must now provide the Date of Birth (DOB) of the associated patient as part of the registration process. The DOB entered must correspond with the one recorded in their medical chart to ensure a successful registration.
|

If an incorrect DOB is entered, the system will allow up to five attempts. After the fifth unsuccessful attempt, the invitation will be canceled, and the provider will need to resend a new invitation.
|

Patient Manager Pagination:
The Patient Manager now includes a pagination feature within the patient search results section. This enhancement is designed to improve efficiency when browsing through patient records, making it easier to locate patients, especially when manually sending forms.

Ability e-Statements:
An automated clean-up has been put in place to assure individual and batch statements meet Ability statements standards. Any character that's not alphanumeric will be automatically removed when creating statements. Additionally, a tooltip has been added as a reminder when creating individual and batch statements. Phone and fax numbers should contain only numeric characters, without any additional text like ‘Telephone:’ or ’Fax:.

New PDF Viewer Layout:
The PDF viewer has been updated with a fresh, modern look. This redesign aims to enhance usability and improve your viewing experience, providing a cleaner interface and streamlined navigation.

New Report: Census Board:
The search criteria are:
- Patient name / ID# ■ Location/Site
- Patient status ■ Primary Clinician
- Admit date ■ Medications
- Sex ■ Diagnosis
- Age ■ Insurance Carrier
- Room

ICD-10 Diagnosis Codes:
The in-app database of ICD-10 diagnosis codes has been updated to reflect changes effective October 1, 2024. These updates include new and/or revised codes, as well as those which have been deprecated.

New Custom Forms/Assessments:
The available forms will include:
- Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS)
- Rapid Opioid Dependence Screen (RODS)
- AHCM Screening Tool
- Form 3713 Consent for Antipsychotic or Neuroleptic Medication Treatment (Texas groups)
- AHCCCS Audit Tool (Arizona groups)
