After the group rule "Lock Notes After Compile & eSign is enabled," editing the text of the note on the Finished Note screen is prevented after a supervisor has eSigned. This group rule needs to be activated by ICANotes Support.

 

 

After a supervisee has compiled a note (the supervisee does not need to eSign the note), the supervisor can review and eSign. This will then cause the report to be locked.

 

 

 

Once the note has been locked, it can be unlocked by the supervisor, group administrator, or security administrator by clicking the  button in the top left. Changes/editing can then be done on the finished note screen.  

 

 

Please note, even when a finished note is locked, changes can be made through the work area and the note recompiled.
