Printing The Clinical Order Sheet Log by Date Range
This knowledge base article will demonstrate the new functionality of printing the Clinical Order Sheet Log in date range.
1. From the patient's Chart Face, go to the Logs tab.
2. From the Logs dropdown menu, select Clinical Order Sheet Log.
3. This patient has three dates with clinical order sheets: 5/1/2019, 5/15/2019, and 5/24/2019. I'm going to only choose the latest date of 5/24/2019. After I choose the from and to date, I click the 
button to print only from that date.
4. You will still receive the popup asking if you want full sheet or changes, I'm selecting full sheet.
5. Only that date prints.
If I leave the date blanks and click the 
button...
I will receive all of the dates. (Only show changes was used in the popup window.)
If I choose only a from date and click the 
button...
I will receive from the date chosen forward. (Only show changes was used in the popup window.)
If I choose only a to date and click the button...
I will receive from the date chosen back (so in this case, only 5/1/2019 was BEFORE 5/14/2019). (Only show changes was used in the popup window.)
