Q&A: Edit Medication Reconciliation

Question: I made a mistake in Medication Reconciliation after I compiled the note. How can I edit it?

Answer: If you have clicked the  button, you will not be able to edit the Medication Reconciliation or be able to edit the Reconciled at Admission medications in the Medications area.

Finish the report and compile it.

Then, create a new Progress Note and go to the Medications on the PN, Part 2 tab. Make the change as needed and then click the  button.

The change will be saved. Compile the note.

Optional:  In the Finished Note screen, click the  button. Choose Other under "Please indicate the Title:" field. Type in the popup Other... box what you would like to name the note.

Click the  button to save the new note title.
