Reviewing Patient Past Psychiatric, Social and Family History (PSFH)

If you need to quickly pull up a patient’s past psychiatric history, social history, or family history, look for the Progress Note, Part 1 tab () from any standard progress note, then click on the  button on the bottom-left of the page. The PFSH information is typically entered in an Initial or Complete Evaluation; however using this technique, you may quickly review it from any Progress Note, without having to access the original evaluation.
