Signing Up For Webinars

There are several ways to get to our Webinars Link!

From the ICANotes website (https://ehr.icanotes.com/), you can register directly from the login page as shown in the following screenshot.  You can click on 
, then scroll down to "Training Webinars" to access all recorded and coming up webinars.
 


On the Events page, you have the ability to search for appointments, filter the events, and view the Events in a Month, List, Week, or Day view. 
 
 
 
 
 


Use the arrow to the left to go back and see previous events.

Use the arrow to the right to see the upcoming events.
 
 
If you click on one of the webinar and then View details, you will be taken to a page with more information describing and giving details for the event.


  
 
Click "All ICANotes Webinar" at the bottom left to return back to the Event page. 

To register for the webinar, On the right side under "Reserve Your Spot", enter your information and click the Register button.

You will also be given information about who the speaker will be. 
 
 
On the next page you will see the confirmation page for the webinar registration. You will have the opportunity to add to your calendar and advice to check your email.
 
  
A registration confirmation will be sent to the email you entered for "your email address".

Please add webinar.host@bigmarker.com to your contacts to ensure you get a reminder email too. If you do not receive this email within 5-10 minutes, please check your junk folder to see if it was redirected from your inbox.
 
  
 
You will receive an email reminding you of the webinar an hour before it starts. For best results, use the Chrome browser. You may enter the webinar up to 15 minutes before the scheduled time. 

What if I miss it?

If you happen to miss your webinar, no problem at all - you will be sent a copy of the webinar after it has concluded and has been uploaded to be viewed!

You will receive an email that looks something like this:

  

To view the webinar, click the blue 'Watch the Recording' button. Clicking this button will bring you to a page where the webinar will begin to play.

Troubleshooting
 
It is recommended to use the Chrome browser for the webinars. If you are unable to hear or see the webinar, please follow these Webinar Connection Troubleshooting guidelines

All webinars are recorded and sent out the following business day to everyone who registered and attended.
