Submitting Claims to Non-Integrated Clearinghouse

How to download ANSI 837 claim files to upload to your clearinghouse.

1. Run the Billing and Productivity per the steps in "Running the Billing / Productivity Report, Preparing and Submitting Claims Electronically or Printing" knowledge base article.

2. Select the claims you need to submit.

3. Click the Prep SELECTED claims button to prep your primary or secondary claims.

4. Click Submit SELECTED Claims button.

5.  Go to https://upload.icanotes.com using your preferred web browser.

6. Type "Claims" in the patient name search box. You may have to select the "Include Inactive Patient" box.



7. Click the Search button.

8. Select the "Claims, Electronic Billing" patient.

9. Expand the Miscellaneous folder

10. Locate the claim you just prepped and download the claim using the download button.

11. The file will either download to your selected downloads folder or provide you with a prompt to select the location you would like to save the file to. Click save if you receive the save as prompt.

12. Now that you have downloaded the claims file you can now upload the file to your clearinghouse website.
