The Census Board is designed for In-Patient and Residential facilities to allow them to quickly search for, view and print essential information about patients on their unit(s).

This report is available under Reports > Census Board.

The Census Board report contains:

1. Patient information along with an editable and separate read-only expandable field for Miscellaneous Notes from demographics.
2. Patient Name, DOB and Age, Room #, and Admit Date are highlighted in Blue.
3. Quick access buttons for Chart Face and Demographics.
4. The results can be sorted by Patient Name, Date of Birth, or Room.
5. The entire report can be printed in landscape orientation.
6. The search criteria available for the report permits lookups by:
   • Patient name / ID#
   • Patient status
   • Admit date
   • Sex
   • Age
   • Room
   • Location/Site
   • Primary clinician
   • Medications
   • Diagnosis
   • Insurance carrier
