What is TOMS?

The TeleSage Outcomes Measurement System is a state-of-the-art means for collecting and reporting client self-report outcomes and obtaining regular client treatment progress reports (Clinician Report).

TOMS is sponsored by the State of Louisiana Office of Behavioral Health and was developed jointly with TeleSage, Inc. in 2009 based on experience working with other states.

How TOMS works with ICANotes

 

1.  From the Chart Room, click the  drawer. 

2.  Fill out the Demographics. Be sure to fill out the CLUID, TOMS Current, and TOMS Next dates.

3.  Once finished, click the  button. 

4.  Go to the TOMS website and complete the survey for the patient. 

Note:  You can always make changes to the Demographics as needed by clicking the  tab on the Chart Face.

5.  After the survey has been submitted from the TOMS website, return to the patient's Chart Face. 

6.  Click the  tab.

7.  You can access the TOMS survey from the Clinical Documents. 

8.  You can view or Print the report from here.
